about the writer

"i think people become writers
because silence hurts them
eventually."

Blush pink flowers in soft bloom, spring light filtering through petals, gentle and tender atmosphere, warm dreamy tones

Diverse Writes is a poetry and literary space centered around emotional honesty, conversational poetry, identity, girlhood, loneliness, bullying, discrimination, healing, and survival.

I write about the psychological ways people are shaped by pain — the quiet aftermaths people rarely discuss openly.

This space exists for the people who became hyper-aware too early. For sensitive people. For people rebuilding identities after survival. For those trying to make sense of themselves through language.

Some poems here are soft.

Some are angry.

Some are grieving.

Most are honest.

"recognition matters more than perfection."

"there are adults still carrying classrooms inside their nervous systems."

"healing changes your voice before it changes your life."

"poetry for people who survived quietly."
